About our crawler

When a PinProspect customer uses the email finder, our server fetches a few pages from the business's own website to read the contact details published there.

• User agent: PinProspectBot/1.0 (+https://pinprospect.com/bot; contact: oceansmith.tech@gmail.com)
• robots.txt: fetched first and obeyed, for PinProspectBot and for *.
• Rate: one request at a time per site, a handful of pages (home, contact, about), then a cached result for 30 days.
• What we read: published email addresses, links to social profiles, and whether the site uses HTTPS and is mobile-friendly.

To be excluded entirely, disallow PinProspectBot in your robots.txt, or email oceansmith.tech@gmail.com and we'll block your domain and delete anything cached.
